Service catalogue
Add-on services catalogue
Each service below is available individually or as part of a managed agreement. Pricing is straightforward, and there are no unexpected break-fix bills for services we manage.
Hardware Procurement
We source business-grade PCs, laptops, tablets, and phones from our supplier network. Devices are procured to your specification, with volume pricing where applicable and vendor warranty management handled on your behalf.
Fulfilment & Configuration
Devices are configured to your standard build before delivery, including software installation, account setup, and security policy application. Your users receive hardware that is ready to use on day one with no self-configuration required.
Print Management
We manage your printer fleet end to end: procurement, driver and network configuration, supply replenishment, and break-fix support. Printer issues are handled through the same support channel as the rest of your IT.
Telephony & VoIP
Business phone systems and cloud-hosted VoIP solutions configured to your call routing and number requirements. We handle porting existing numbers, configuring handsets or softphones, and ongoing line management.
Mobile Device Management
Enrol and manage iOS and Android devices through a centralised MDM platform. Policies enforce screen lock, encryption, and app restrictions. Remote wipe is available for lost or stolen devices, and corporate data can be isolated from personal content on BYOD devices.
Ad-Hoc Support
One-off IT support for tasks that fall outside your managed agreement, such as a hardware fault, a specific configuration request, or assistance with a new software tool. Quoted and delivered without a long-term commitment.
Add-ons vs fully managed
When individual services make more sense
A full managed agreement is not the right fit for every business. Sometimes you need a single capability added to what you already have, or access to specialist services on an as-needed basis. Here is when add-ons are the better choice.
- You already have IT covered.
- Not every business needs a full managed agreement. If you have an in-house IT person or a capable team, you may only need specific services layered on top, such as hardware procurement, MDM, or print management. Add-ons let you fill those gaps without duplicating what you already do well.
- Your needs are irregular.
- Some IT requirements do not justify a standing managed service. Hardware refreshes, one-off configuration projects, and ad-hoc support requests happen when they happen. Add-ons give you access to specialist capability without paying for it continuously when you do not need it.
- You want clear scope.
- Managed agreements work best when the scope is clean and well-defined. Pulling irregular or peripheral services into a managed contract can create ambiguity around what is included and what is not. Using add-ons for those requirements keeps your main agreement focused and your billing predictable.

Our additional services are popular with businesses using our business growth technology solution, adding specific capabilities as needs evolve without committing to a broader service change. They complement any managed IT agreement, giving you a single provider for everything from day-to-day support to hardware procurement and telephony.
