Zenith Systems was founded in 2020 with a straightforward goal: to give businesses access to the same quality of IT management that larger enterprises take for granted. Most SMEs either go without proper IT support or rely on a break-fix arrangement that only kicks in when something has already gone wrong. We built our service around a different model, one where problems are prevented, systems are maintained proactively, and your IT partner is focused on your business outcomes rather than billing hours.

We operate as a true managed services provider. That means we take ongoing responsibility for the technology we manage, rather than showing up when called. Our clients have a predictable monthly cost, a direct line to people who know their environment, and a team that is actively monitoring their systems rather than waiting for a support ticket. While we deliver many of our services remotely to any location, our focus for managed IT is the North East of England. Being local matters in IT support. When a problem requires someone on-site, proximity counts.
